If you know you’ll miss a session, please let us know with at least 1 week’s notice. You won’t be charged for any missed sessions.
Can I put my account on hold?
You’re able to put your account on hold for a minimum of 1 month. Please let us know and we’ll talk you through the process. However, be aware that your regular cleaner in Oxford may not be available at your original time when you decide to resume.
Do I have to be at home during cleaning session?
It’s completely optional for you to be at home. As a house cleaning company, we regularly clean homes when people are at work. We’ll happily work with whatever suits you best.
