Most of our customer take advantage of our ironing services while they have one of our cleaning team there already. You can always ask if your cleaner would mind jumping on a pile of clothes while they are there and our cleaners are always happy to tackle any mountain of ironing.

Been using Cleaning Express for over six months now and every clean has been great. They have been flexible for when we need to reschedule and make changes.Currently Mikhaiela is cleaning our flat and has been doing a wonderful job. She is diligent, friendly and always on time. This week Mikhaiela also ironed a load of shirts for me and did a fantastic job.

Maiya is top class in her professionalism and dedication. Her service level is excellent and she is friendly and reliable, always letting me know in advance if re-scheduling is needed. She kept my apartment clean and tidy for the past 4 years, and kept me worry-free. I couldn't have asked for a better housekeeper. Too bad I couldn't bring her with me when I repatriated .

We have been using Cleaning Express for 6 months. Our regular cleaner, Svitlana, is an amazing lady. Even with language barrier, Svitlana is always pleasant, polite and efficient.I work from home when Svitlana comes and I don't notice her at all! By the time I finish work my apartment is sparkling.Cannot recommend Svitlana and Cleaning Express highly enough

We used Cleaning Express for the second time in three years for another end of tenancy clean. The team turned up on time, were super friendly, listened to our various 'can you do this' and 'can you do that' requests and then got stuck in. We returned to the property at the agreed time to find everything gleaming, smelling great and the appliances and oven looking like new. Absolutely recommended!!!

Mikhaiela has been cleaning our flat for about 2 months now and she has been consistently thorough, on time, and dependable.Her attention to detail is remarkable, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure every corner of the flat sparkles.She has also been taking care of a variety of bigger jobs fitting them into the timeslot such as a cooker hood clean and a full oven clean (which previous residents of the flat have ignored).Would definitely recommend Mikhaiela and Cleaning Express.Picture attached is before/after of the aforementioned oven.

I booked Cleaning Express for a final move out clean about a month ago, and they were fantastic. I had a specific timeframe that needed to work with dropping off keys and catching a train, and they accommodated that by starting early, and getting it all done to a high standard with plenty of time. We believe that better pay attracts and retains higher-quality ironing staff. As a Living Wage Recognised Service Provider we pay our ironers the London Living Wage, an independently calculated wage that is higher than the government minimum wage, and based on the cost of living. The rate is £13.15/hour in London.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are the ironers vetted?
We interview ironers in-person and check their documents to confirm their identity and their right to work in the UK. We also check their proof of address and references. Each ironer has to pass our skills test. Ironers go through induction with one of our supervisors or in the homes of our management team.
Will I have the same ironer each time?
We do our best to provide the same ironer each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular ironer is unwell or goes on holiday.
Can I combine ironing service with domestic cleaning?
Yes, of course! Domestic cleaning includes ironing service. Ironing can be booked on it’s own or combined with the domestic cleaning.
Is it safe to give my ironer a key?
Yes, most of our customers leave keys to their ironers. All ironers are vetted and have been tested on other jobs before starting providing regular ironing service. We hold their documents on file, which will be enough to be tracked by the Police. Cleaning Express also holds comprehensive insurance of £5m for your piece of mind.
Can I book a trial session?
The 1st cleaning session is always a trial one. If you are happy with a cleaner, you can continue on the regular basis. If not, we can arrange a replacement cleaner.
What if I want to cancel my regular ironing arrangement?
Our notice period is 1 week during the first month and 1 month thereafter.
