Do I need to provide parking for pressure washing cleaner?
Yes, in order for us to carry out pressure washing cleaning service the technician will need to park nearby the property.
What time of the day do you carry out power washing?
Power washing cleaning should be carried out during daylight hours, to make sure all the stains, marks are clearly visible to the technician.
How many cleaners come to do the pressure washing?
We normally send just one cleaner to complete the pressure washing. If you have a large property we will arrange more if necessary.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel you booking 24 hours before the session by calling 0203 633 0390, emailing or completing the contact form.
Do I need to pay for the parking / CC / ULEZ charge?
Our cleaner will require available parking near the property. Parking charges are extra cost in case you will not be able to provide a parking permit or free parking near the property. Congestion and ULEZ charges are also applied if required within your post code.
Can I request a quote over the phone?
We can provide quote over the phone if you provide all the relevant details. It may be necessary to provide photos. We might require a site visit for the commercial window cleaning services.
What type of surface can be pressure washed?
Pressure washing can be performed on many types of surfaces, for example wooden, stone, concreate, tiles, metal. Please ask our Customer Service assistant upon booking if you are not sure if we can clean your surface.
