We conduct background and DBS checks on all our cleaning staff that visit customer locations. This is partly for insurance purposes but also for our customers’ peace of mind. Cleaning Express also monitors all DBS checks for validity and pays for them to be renewed.
Do our cleaners work at night?
Our cleaners work between 6am and 10pm. They do not work overnight but we can fit around your shared office’s opening hours and busy periods as needed.
Do extra sessions come at a higher rate
Any extra charges are based on your requirements. For example, if you simply want an extra co-working space cleaning service, we’ll charge your standard rate. But if you want one-off deep cleaning or anything extra than our standard service, we’ll provide a separate quote to cover the extra costs. We ensure you only ever pay what we quote, though; there are no hidden fees.

We generally advise weekly cleans as a maximum due to the high footfall in shared offices and co-working spaces. If you don’t think this will work for you, please let us know and we can discuss your needs in more detail.
Can we increase/decrease the hours during the length of the contract?
All amendments can be revised by our team provided that cleaner’s availability allows the change, however we may need to amend the quotation according to the updated number of cleaning hours.
