Will I have the same cleaner every time?
We aim to allocate the same person to carry out office cleaning for your premises on a regular basis. However, if your office / building is bigger and requires a team of cleaners we will be allocating at least one of them the same every time. In case anything changes, for example, your designated office cleaner falls sick, goes on a holiday or their personal circumstances change, we will inform you advance and send you an replacement cleaner.
Do you provide cleaning solutions and equipment?
We provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request and subject to availability. We offer a range of office cleaning solutions including eco-friendly options. We can also supply equipment and washroom consumabless. Please add this to your requirements list and our team will provide a quote.
What does your insurance cover?
Our comprehensive £10 million insurance covers damage to your property caused by the cleaner, theft by the cleaner, key and lock replacement and personal injury to the cleaner.
Do you cleaners work at night?
No, our cleaners work from 6am till 10pm
How long is the contract?
Our standard commercial services agreement is for a minimum of 1 year. We are sometimes able to accommodate rolling contracts.
Can you supply eco-friendly cleaning materials?
Cleaning Express encourages customers to use eco-friendly cleaning materials in line with our sustainability policy. We have established good relationship with quality suppliers of eco-friendly solutions for office cleaning, which are not only good for environment, but better for your staff and visitors too.
How are the payments made?
Most of our customers pay by Direct Debit. We also provide a credit account for our daily contract cleaning customers. We accept PayPal, credit and debit card payments for one-off office cleaning services.
Can you provide a VAT invoice for office cleaning services?
We provide a weekly or monthly VAT invoice depending on how you would like to pay. The invoice will be emailed to you automatically if you pay by Direct Debit. All pricing offers we have are exclusive of VAT.
How are the quotes formed?
Our quotes are based on a few elements: the cleaners’ wage, our agency fee and whether you have chosen to add any extras (detergents, equipment, consumables etc.) The price you pay is per hour. Our commercial cleaners get at least London Living Wage. Our agency fee calculation is based on the amount of hours per week, insurance and transport costs as well as any management of cleaning solutions and other extras. You can ask for more detail when placing your inquiry with us.
