How are the cleaners vetted?

Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Generally, you’ll have the same domestic cleaner Brighton for every appointment. The only exceptions are holiday and sickness, but we’ll ensure you have a replacement cleaner so you don’t have to worry about missing a week.
Can I cancel my cleaning arrangement?
The standard notice period for our Brighton cleaning services is 1 month. You can give us a call or provide it in writing. If you’d like to change cleaners, we require a week’s notice. Again, you can give us a call and one of our accounts managers will be happy to help.

These include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, emptying bins, etc. On top of this, we can offer extra services like laundry, changing bed linens, and more. What does your pricing depend on?
Is it fine if my pets are at home during the clean?
Pets aren’t a problem for us! We’re more than happy for them to be in your home while we clean. Please let us know in advance so we can send a pet-friendly cleaner.
What if I need go for a holiday or cleaner is away/sick?
If you know you’ll miss more than one cleaning session, please let us know with at least 1 week’s notice. You won’t be charged for missed sessions. Equally, if your cleaner can’t make it, we’ll send a replacement to ensure your service isn’t interrupted. If you don’t want a replacement while your regular cleaner is away, we can provide a refund
Can I put my account on hold?
You can put your account on hold as needed. Please get in touch to discuss it, and we’ll let you know the next steps. Once you’re ready to resume, though, you may get a different domestic cleaner depending on availability.
Do I have to be at home during cleaning session?
It’s completely optional for you to be at home. As a house cleaning company, we regularly clean homes when people are at work. We’ll happily work with whatever suits you best.
