Mihaela is an excellent cleaner - kind, friendly, and always respectful when in my flat. She does a very thorough job every time, leaving each room looking brand new once she’s finished. Cleaning Express were incredibly professional through every step of the process. They have a great team and are incredibly detailed and thorough in their process. They allocated us Elsa as for regular fortnightly cleans. After having used other services with disappointing results we were nervous. However Elsa was absolutely outstanding and we were not disappointed. She went above and beyond, completed everything on the list and more. Everything was cleaned to a highly professional standard. She was also kind and respectful which we value greatly given we are often working from home. I couldn't recommend Cleaning Express enough and in particular Elsa as a professional cleaner.
