What is your cancellation policy?
We reserve the right to apply a fee of £50 for late changes and cancellations within 24 hours. Same fee will apply if cleaner is unable to get access to your property to carry out her duties.
How many cleaners we should expect on the day?
This depends on the size of your property and the hours of the cleaning session. We will be able to discuss that at the time of the booking, we can always arrange more cleaners in order to reduce the hours of the cleaning.
Is the quote fixed or we can book the cleaner for any duration?
The quote provided for the end of tenancy cleaning has fixed prices based on the property size and tasks provided.
Is the window clean included into the one off session?
Internally window cleaning is included into our service. If you wish to clean the outside windows you need to inform us at the time of your booking.
Do I need to be at the property during the clean?
You do not have to be at the property during the clean but of course, you need to leave a key for the end of tenancy cleaner to pick up and start doing the job. The cleaners are also insured by our £10 million insurance cover, therefore, if anything is broken, damaged or stolen, then we can compensate you accordingly.
Do I pay extra for congestion fees?
If a customer’s property is located within a congestion zone, the customer is required to cover the cost of the congestion charge.
