Most of our customer take advantage of our ironing services while they have one of our cleaning team there already. You can always ask if your cleaner would mind jumping on a pile of clothes while they are there and our cleaners are always happy to tackle any mountain of ironing.

I booked a deep clean of my flat including steam clean of carpet. I was impressed with the service from start to finish. The office staff were helpful with the booking and taking detailed instructions.Galina who was the cleaner on the day was excellent -she did an incredibly thorough job, including managing to remove some stubborn stains and dirt. She left the flat looking transformed and exceptionally clean. Throughout, she was friendly and obliging. The carpet technician too was obliging and did a high standard professional job steam cleaning the carpet.

Svitlana Dashkevych is an amazing professional cleaner who always goes the extra mile. I used Cleaning Express for an end of tenancy clean of my flat. Nadir and Wilma did a fantastic job, leaving the place spotless and paying attention to all the small details like the insides of radiators, the tops of cupboards etc. They were also nice people to chat with. Highly recommended!

It’s like stopping in a hotel when we come in after Svitlana has been in. Everything is immaculate. The bed making is amazing. She also looks for things to do that I wouldn’t think of, including cleaning under the bed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been using Cleaning Express for over six months now and every clean has been great. They have been flexible for when we need to reschedule and make changes.Currently Mikhaiela is cleaning our flat and has been doing a wonderful job. She is diligent, friendly and always on time. Accreditations
We believe that better pay attracts and retains higher-quality ironing staff. As a Living Wage Recognised Service Provider we pay our ironers the London Living Wage, an independently calculated wage that is higher than the government minimum wage, and based on the cost of living. The rate is £13.15/hour in London.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are the ironers vetted?
We interview ironers in-person and check their documents to confirm their identity and their right to work in the UK. We also check their proof of address and references. Each ironer has to pass our skills test. Ironers go through induction with one of our supervisors or in the homes of our management team.
Will I have the same ironer each time?
We do our best to provide the same ironer each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular ironer is unwell or goes on holiday.
Can I combine ironing service with domestic cleaning?
Yes, of course! Domestic cleaning includes ironing service. Ironing can be booked on it’s own or combined with the domestic cleaning.
Is it safe to give my ironer a key?
Yes, most of our customers leave keys to their ironers. All ironers are vetted and have been tested on other jobs before starting providing regular ironing service. We hold their documents on file, which will be enough to be tracked by the Police. Cleaning Express also holds comprehensive insurance of £5m for your piece of mind.
Can I book a trial session?
The 1st cleaning session is always a trial one. If you are happy with a cleaner, you can continue on the regular basis. If not, we can arrange a replacement cleaner.
What if I want to cancel my regular ironing arrangement?
Our notice period is 1 week during the first month and 1 month thereafter.
