Once your contract is set up, our supervisors will visit your site regularly to ensure our cleaning standards are being met.
How are payments made?
We typically set up a Direct Debit with our customers, which is the most convenient option for regular office cleaning services. Alternatively, we can set up a credit account for daily cleaning.
What is your notice period?
For commercial services, we request a notice period of 2 months for any cancellation.
How often should an office be cleaned?
There isn’t one answer to this, as it depends on the size of the office, the number of staff, and other factors. However, we advise that an office or commercial space should be cleaned at least weekly. Most of our clients choose a weekly or every other day service.
What is the notice period?
Our notice period for commercial services is 2 months.
How are quotes figured out?
We base our quotes on the size of your space, the number of cleaners we send, the choice of products, and several other factors. Our prices are given hourly, and we’ll let you know how many hours it’ll take to do the job. We can provide a full breakdown of costs.
