After researching a number of firms that advertise a Deep Clean service, Cleaning Express stood out as being the most comprehensive, professional, friendly and willing to understand the customer's needs and requirements and then went all out to achieve and go beyond expectation. The cleaning team arrived on time with a manager, all fully equipped and ready to tackle the task at hand. This task was a professional full house deep clean on a property we were seeking to move in to.As the team set about their work, the manager supervised and then checked the quality of that work and, on occasion, called one or more of the cleaning team back to a room or an area in a room to re-do an area that he was not satisfied with.We also retained through Cleaning Express a fabulous carpet cleaning service.I believe Cleaning Express are a quality business, providing value for money and have a passion to do the job properly, thoroughly and with a happy and friendly and professional disposition throughout.My wife and I and our family could not have been more impressed and happier. Communications with the team were brilliant along the whole process - everything was very clear & easy to agree on what we needed done - a deep clean.Haven't had this brilliant level of service for a Long time! Exceptional.On the day the team - Khrystyna & Viktoria - were on time & incredibly good at what they do. Very professional, detail-oriented, efficient, & friendly. Asked all the right questions & were very thoughtful to check things with me - as there were lots of ornaments around the house so I felt very confident to leave them to it.The level of care that they took was outstanding and the house was absolutely spotless when they left.Would absolutely use them again without hesitation.They're a little bit more expensive than other people out there but it's absolutely worth it for what they offer. You get what you pay for. In my opinion very good value for money - not just for the actual cleaning but also for the level of customer care & communication before, during & after.

Rayisa has been cleaning for us for a couple of months now. She is outstanding. The best thing about her cleaning is how detailed she is. She cleans areas of the house that we wouldn't even think of. She's also a lovely person, and very honest.Cleaning Express have done an excellent job in offering us such a great cleaner, and are impressive in their communication. Our experience with Cleaning Express has been amazing! Korina is very capable, reliable, and she pays a lot of attention to the details to keep our house clean. I’ve been using Cleaning Express for our weekly clean for many years now and I’m very happy with them. All the cleaners we’ve had over the years have been great and the other staff at the company are great at communicating and arranging the service and any cover when cleaners are on holiday etc.Our current cleaner, Anishora, is beyond fantastic. She leaves our flat spotless, takes initiative, is punctual and she is just so helpful, and she is also a very good and kind person that we love to see each week.

Ala and Zilola have been terrific cleaners for us. Always very conscientious and willing to go the extra mile. They do a very thorough job, are very friendly and they both speak very decent English which makes it so much easier to communicate what we need. The company is also very good, in my experience: always responsive when I contact them, and proactive if someone is going to be away or is running late for whatever reason. I highly recommend them.

As a Living Wage Recognised Service Provider we pay our housekeepers the London Living Wage, an independently calculated wage that is higher than the government minimum wage, and based on the cost of living. The rate is £13.85/hour in London. Some of our housekeepers achieve rates significantly above London Living Wage
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do background check on your housekeeper?
We do perform background check for all of our housekeepers. We interview each housekeeper individually, check their documents to confirm their identity and their right to work in the UK. We also collect references and proof of address. Each housekeeper has to pass our skills test and the trial cleaning session prior to working at our clients’ homes.
Can I give housekeeper my preferred cleaning tasks?
You are more than welcome to provide your own personalised tasks to your housekeeper, as long as the cleaning is performed within the given timeframe. Our housekeepers are flexible and take client’s prioritised tasks on board well.
Will I have the same housekeeper each time?
You will usually have the same housekeeper attending your property all the time. If your regular housekeeper goes on holiday or is unwell, we will provide a replacement housekeeper for the time being.
Can I leave housekeeper alone in my house?
It is entirely up to the client to be present during the cleaning or leave your housekeeper at the property alone. You are more than welcome to pop out for the duration of the cleaning and come back to inspect it just before the cleaner leaves. We kindly ask customers not to follow cleaners around and observe social distancing.
How does the payment work?
Our payments are usually split in two parts. Your housekeeper gets paid directly by you each time she comes in, either in cash or bank transfer. Second part is the agency fee which is paid by a monthly direct debit.
What if I don’t like my housekeeper?
We will take your feedback on board and will provide a replacement housekeeper to make sure that you are fully happy with the service.
What if I am going on holiday or my housekeeper is ill?
We kindly ask to notify of any planned holidays, so that we can inform your cleaner accordingly. Our housekeeping service is regular, therefore your cleaner can still go to your property when you are away if necessary. Otherwise, you will be not charged cleaner’s wage during the missed session. If you don’t wish a replacement cleaner during the cleaner’s holiday/sickness, we can refund you accordingly upon your message.
Can I trust my housekeeper with my key?
Yes, most of our customers leave keys to their housekeepers. All of our housekeepers are professional, fully vetted, trained and tested. We hold their documents on file and hold comprehensive £5m insurance for your peace of mind.
