Our domestic cleaners receive a minimum of £12.50 for their Birmingham house cleaning services.

How are the cleaners vetted?
Our cleaners are interviewed in person as part of the hiring process, during which we also check their ID, right to work in the UK, address and references. Once hired, our cleaners go through a skills test and induction training to ensure they’re qualified and trustworthy
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Our aim is to provide you with the same domestic cleaner in Birmingham for each appointment. However, if your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll send a replacement to ensure your service isn’t interrupted. Of course, if you notice any issues with your regular cleaner (drop in quality, for example), we’ll be happy to discuss a replacement with you
Can I cancel my regular domestic cleaning arrangement?
The standard cancellation period for our Birmingham cleaning service is 1 month. However, if you’d like to replace your cleaner, we only need 1 week’s notice. Please get in contact to discuss cancellation or replacement and we will be more than happy to guide you through it.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
Where possible, our house cleaners in Birmingham will bring their own supplies, such as sprays, cloths, etc. However, it’s not always practical for them to bring larger items, such as hoovers and mops. If providing anything will be challenging for you, please let us know in advance and we’ll see what we can do to help
Is it safe to give my cleaner a key?
It’s standard for cleaners to have a house key – this is how most cleaning services work. To give you peace of mind, we ensure all our cleaners are insured and vetted. From your perspective, this means our staff are trustworthy, and you’ll be covered by up to £10m if anything is stolen

What is included in the regular domestic cleaning service?
Our regular service includes all the normal cleaning jobs, such as dusting, hoovering, mopping, emptying bins, etc. However, we can add extra jobs such as ironing, changing bed linens, laundry, and so on. Please feel free to discuss any needs during your consultation and we’ll be happy to help
What does your pricing depend on?
Is it fine if my pets are at home during the clean?
We’re happy for your pets to remain at home while we clean. Where possible, let us know what pets you have, so we can send a pet-friendly cleaner
What if I need go for a holiday or cleaner is away/sick?
If you know you’ll miss more than one cleaning session, please let us know with at least 1 week’s notice. You won’t be charged for missed sessions. Equally, if your cleaner can’t make it, we’ll send a replacement to ensure your service isn’t interrupted. If you don’t want a replacement while your regular cleaner is away, we can provide a refund
Can I put my account on hold?
You can put your account on hold for 1 month or longer if needed. Please contact us to discuss the steps involved. Of course, we can’t guarantee your regular Birmingham cleaner will still be available as/when you choose to resume your service
Do I have to be at home during cleaning session?
It’s completely optional for you to be at home. As a house cleaning company, we regularly clean homes when people are at work. We’ll happily work with whatever suits you best
