Ana Maria has been my cleaner via Cleaning Express - they also provide excellent replacement cleaners when Ann Marie is away - for over 4 years and she is absolutely wonderful. I really look forward to the day she comes and makes my flat feel lovely again. I have had quite a few cleaners over the years and a couple of really good ones - yes, I have been lucky!
