I used Cleaning Express for an End of Tenancy clean on a flat that was left "not good". The 2 cleaners arrived on time and I left them a set of keys so they could lock up and post back through when they finished. They were about 7 hours cleaning and I received a text when they had finished. When I returned to the flat I was amazed at the transformation even the oven which didn't look like it had had a clean in the 5 year tenancy looked like new. The bathroom taps with shower that I thought would have to be changed looked like new again. The whole flat was back to a useable standard once more. Very satisfied and worth every penny.

Why should I use you for end of tenancy cleaning?

Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?

Is it safe to give my cleaner a key?
Yes, it’s perfectly safe to trust our cleaners with keys. We can pick them up directly from your estate agent or property manager if needed, too. All our cleaners go through background and reference checks before starting work, and we have £10 million of liability insurance in the unlikely event that anything does happen.
Will I have to pay for the parking?
If you booked a carpet clean or a service that requires delivery of equipment we will need available parking near the property. Parking charges are extra cost in case you will not be able to provide a parking permit or free available parking near the property.
How do I pay for the end of tenancy cleaning?
You’ll need to make the payment in advance after we’ve booked you in and discussed any extras you might want. We ask you to make the payment either via bank transfer or PayPal – whichever is easiest.
Do I need to be at the property during the cleaning session?
We don’t expect you to be present during the end of tenancy cleaning appointment. Provided we have a key, we can let ourselves in and take care of everything. Of course, you’re more than welcome to come check up and see how things are going at any time.
How does your guarantee work?
We offer a 72-hour guarantee. In short, this means if anything fails on your inventory inspection, we’ll come back and clean it free of charge.
Do you offer extras for end of tenancy cleaning?
Our standard end of tenancy cleaning package doesn’t include carpet or upholstery cleaning. However, we’ll happily provide this as a service if you’d like. Please let us know in advance so we can adjust your quote accordingly and make the necessary arrangements.
What if my inventory inspection fails?
If we have done an end of tenancy cleaning at your property in London and your inspection inventory fails, then please contact us and we will arrange for our specialist cleaners to re-clean the property free of charge.
