After researching a number of firms that advertise a Deep Clean service, Cleaning Express stood out as being the most comprehensive, professional, friendly and willing to understand the customer's needs and requirements and then went all out to achieve and go beyond expectation. The cleaning team arrived on time with a manager, all fully equipped and ready to tackle the task at hand. This task was a professional full house deep clean on a property we were seeking to move in to.As the team set about their work, the manager supervised and then checked the quality of that work and, on occasion, called one or more of the cleaning team back to a room or an area in a room to re-do an area that he was not satisfied with.We also retained through Cleaning Express a fabulous carpet cleaning service.I believe Cleaning Express are a quality business, providing value for money and have a passion to do the job properly, thoroughly and with a happy and friendly and professional disposition throughout.My wife and I and our family could not have been more impressed and happier. I highly recommend and commend Cleaning Express to anyone seeking a truly quality and good experience.

Communications with the team were brilliant along the whole process - everything was very clear & easy to agree on what we needed done - a deep clean.Haven't had this brilliant level of service for a Long time! Exceptional.On the day the team - Khrystyna & Viktoria - were on time & incredibly good at what they do. Very professional, detail-oriented, efficient, & friendly. Asked all the right questions & were very thoughtful to check things with me - as there were lots of ornaments around the house so I felt very confident to leave them to it.The level of care that they took was outstanding and the house was absolutely spotless when they left.Would absolutely use them again without hesitation.They're a little bit more expensive than other people out there but it's absolutely worth it for what they offer. You get what you pay for. In my opinion very good value for money - not just for the actual cleaning but also for the level of customer care & communication before, during & after.

Rayisa has been cleaning for us for a couple of months now. She is outstanding. The best thing about her cleaning is how detailed she is. She cleans areas of the house that we wouldn't even think of. She's also a lovely person, and very honest.Cleaning Express have done an excellent job in offering us such a great cleaner, and are impressive in their communication. Also, the costs feel reasonable to me, and well worth it for the level of service we receive.

Our experience with Cleaning Express has been amazing! Korina is very capable, reliable, and she pays a lot of attention to the details to keep our house clean. For example our sink has never been so shiny. She is also a very nice person to chat with. We are very happy with her work, and we would recommend this company to everyone looking for a cleaner.

I’ve been using Cleaning Express for our weekly clean for many years now and I’m very happy with them. All the cleaners we’ve had over the years have been great and the other staff at the company are great at communicating and arranging the service and any cover when cleaners are on holiday etc.Our current cleaner, Anishora, is beyond fantastic. She leaves our flat spotless, takes initiative, is punctual and she is just so helpful, and she is also a very good and kind person that we love to see each week.

Ala and Zilola have been terrific cleaners for us. Always very conscientious and willing to go the extra mile. They do a very thorough job, are very friendly and they both speak very decent English which makes it so much easier to communicate what we need. The company is also very good, in my experience: always responsive when I contact them, and proactive if someone is going to be away or is running late for whatever reason. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Post-Renovation Cleaning Service!I recently hired this cleaning service for an industrial-grade post-renovation clean, including carpet steaming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Ana Maria has been my cleaner via Cleaning Express - they also provide excellent replacement cleaners when Ann Marie is away - for over 4 years and she is absolutely wonderful. I really look forward to the day she comes and makes my flat feel lovely again. I have had quite a few cleaners over the years and a couple of really good ones - yes, I have been lucky! But Ana Maria is the top of the top. Everything is done beautifully and with such a positive attitude. She looks out for extra cleaning tasks that can be done to make my place look even better and takes them on - which is a rare thing. She is completely reliable, fantastically hardworking and 100% trustworthy. Recently a friend who is very house proud came over and said, "your flat is so spotless". Thank you Ana Maria!

We used Cleaning Express for a full day deep clean of our house. Our cleaner, Galina, arrived on time and did an incredible job. She focused on all the areas we had requested and even went above and beyond in other areas of the house. She didn't leave until she was happy with it and our kitchen and bathrooms have never looked so clean. We would definitely use this company again and recommend Galina!

My partner and I have been using Cleaning Express for 6 months now. We receive a fortnightly clean of our multi-floor flat and we're so happy with the service they provide.Our regular cleaner, Halyna N, is absolutely brilliant. She's hardworking, completely thorough and very polite, as well as reliable, punctual and flexible. I often can't quite believe how much she's able to do in the timeframe she works in! Kristina has been my dedicated house cleaner since February 2023, and I truly couldn't ask for anyone better. She is always on time and approaches her work with kindness and professionalism. I used Cleaning Express for an End of Tenancy clean on a flat that was left "not good". The 2 cleaners arrived on time and I left them a set of keys so they could lock up and post back through when they finished. They were about 7 hours cleaning and I received a text when they had finished. When I returned to the flat I was amazed at the transformation even the oven which didn't look like it had had a clean in the 5 year tenancy looked like new. The bathroom taps with shower that I thought would have to be changed looked like new again. The whole flat was back to a useable standard once more. Very satisfied and worth every penny.

It was very easy to arrange a deep clean of our flat with cleaning express. Their customer support talked us through all the options and was able to book a day that was highly convenient the following week, so very efficient. The cleaner Liubov arrived bang on time and did a brilliant job. The place looks so much better and it is such a relief to have all the challenging areas spotless again.
