Will I have the same cleaner(s) every time?
We aim to allocate the same cleaner to carry out office cleaning for your premises. If your designated office cleaner falls sick, goes on a holiday or their circumstances change, we will inform you in advance and allocate you the next most suitable cleaner for your office.
Do you provide cleaning materials?
We will be able to provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request and subject to availability. We offer a range of office cleaning solutions and we can advise on what’s best for your space. We can also supply equipment, washroom consumables, antiviral disinfection, and carpet cleaning. Please add this to your requirements list and the team will be able to give you a quote.
Can we combine deep cleans with regular cleaning?
We offer office deep cleaning as a separate one-off service performed by a specially trained team. If you require it, you can just send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to arrange the deep cleaning. If you require a bit of extra time for your regular cleaner to target some additional areas, we can book our cleaners in for longer sessions to ensure the proper and adequate maintenance of your office.
What does your insurance cover?
Our insurance covers damage caused by cleaners, theft by cleaners, key and lock replacement, and injury to cleaners under our £10 million insurance plan.
How long is the contract?
Our standard commercial services agreement is for a minimum of 1 year. We are sometimes able to accommodate rolling contracts.
Can you supply eco-friendly cleaning materials?
Cleaning Express encourages customers to use eco-friendly cleaning materials in line with our sustainability policy. We have established good relationship with quality suppliers of eco-friendly solutions for office cleaning, which are not only good for environment, but better for your staff and visitors too.
How are the payments made?
Most of our customers pay by Direct Debit. We also provide a credit account for our daily contract cleaning customers. We accept PayPal, credit and debit card payments for our one-off office cleaning services.
Can you provide a VAT invoice for office cleaning services?
Yes, we can provide a weekly or monthly VAT invoice depending on how often you pay. These can be emailed to you automatically if you pay by Direct Debit. All pricing offers we make are exclusive of VAT.
How are the quotes formed?
Our quotes are based on a few elements: the cleaners’ wage, our agency fee and whether you have chosen to add any extras (detergents, equipment, consumables etc.) The price you pay is per hour. Our commercial cleaners get at least London Living Wage. Our agency fee calculation is based on the number of hours per week, insurance and transport costs as well as any management of cleaning solutions and other extras.
