This was the thirds deep clean I've had by Cleaning Express, and the second from Vilma and Galina. They are really exceptional! Wherever I look around my house now, I see the results. Everything is clean: skirting boards, door frames, doors, light switches, window sills, windows, spindles, handrails, floors of course, shelves were reachable - everything. After researching a number of firms that advertise a Deep Clean service, Cleaning Express stood out as being the most comprehensive, professional, friendly and willing to understand the customer's needs and requirements and then went all out to achieve and go beyond expectation. The cleaning team arrived on time with a manager, all fully equipped and ready to tackle the task at hand. This task was a professional full house deep clean on a property we were seeking to move in to.As the team set about their work, the manager supervised and then checked the quality of that work and, on occasion, called one or more of the cleaning team back to a room or an area in a room to re-do an area that he was not satisfied with.We also retained through Cleaning Express a fabulous carpet cleaning service.I believe Cleaning Express are a quality business, providing value for money and have a passion to do the job properly, thoroughly and with a happy and friendly and professional disposition throughout.My wife and I and our family could not have been more impressed and happier. Communications with the team were brilliant along the whole process - everything was very clear & easy to agree on what we needed done - a deep clean.Haven't had this brilliant level of service for a Long time! Exceptional.On the day the team - Khrystyna & Viktoria - were on time & incredibly good at what they do. Very professional, detail-oriented, efficient, & friendly. Asked all the right questions & were very thoughtful to check things with me - as there were lots of ornaments around the house so I felt very confident to leave them to it.The level of care that they took was outstanding and the house was absolutely spotless when they left.Would absolutely use them again without hesitation.They're a little bit more expensive than other people out there but it's absolutely worth it for what they offer. You get what you pay for. In my opinion very good value for money - not just for the actual cleaning but also for the level of customer care & communication before, during & after.

Rayisa has been cleaning for us for a couple of months now. She is outstanding. The best thing about her cleaning is how detailed she is. She cleans areas of the house that we wouldn't even think of. I’ve been using Cleaning Express for our weekly clean for many years now and I’m very happy with them. All the cleaners we’ve had over the years have been great and the other staff at the company are great at communicating and arranging the service and any cover when cleaners are on holiday etc.Our current cleaner, Anishora, is beyond fantastic. She leaves our flat spotless, takes initiative, is punctual and she is just so helpful, and she is also a very good and kind person that we love to see each week.

Ala and Zilola have been terrific cleaners for us. Always very conscientious and willing to go the extra mile. They do a very thorough job, are very friendly and they both speak very decent English which makes it so much easier to communicate what we need. The company is also very good, in my experience: always responsive when I contact them, and proactive if someone is going to be away or is running late for whatever reason. I highly recommend them.

How are the cleaners vetted?
We interview cleaners in-person and check their documents to confirm their identity and their right to work in the UK. We also check their proof of address and references. Each domestic cleaner has to pass our skills test in our office. Cleaners go through induction where they will be cleaning houses with one of our supervisors or in the homes of our management team.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
We do our best to provide the same house cleaner each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday. We can also replace your cleaner if you notice any deterioration of the quality at any point in time. You might be also wondering if you have any house cleaners near me, but we will do our best to allocate a replacement from any neighbouring areas.
Can I cancel my regular domestic cleaning arrangement?
We will be able to replace the cleaner usually within 1 week if you are not happy with the cleaning service. If for any reason you wish to cancel the cleaning service the notice period is 1 month. Please contact us if you wish to cancel and we will help you with the next steps you need to take to cancel your cleaning service.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
For our professional cleaning services in London, we provide cleaning materials for end of tenancy and deep cleans. As our regular domestic cleaners travel by public transport they cannot provide cleaning materials or tools, such as hoover, mop and bucket. Therefore, before your book with our service, we highly recommend you to buy a hoover, mop and bucket so that our cleaners have the right equipment to clean your home.
Is it safe to give my cleaner a key?
Yes this is the case with most cleaning companies in the UK and most of our customers leave keys to their cleaners. All cleaners are vetted by looking at their experience, work history and references and have been tested on other jobs before starting to provide regular domestic cleaning services with us. We hold their documents on file and hold comprehensive £10m insurance if anything in your property is stolen or damaged.
Can I book a trial session?
What is included in the regular domestic cleaning service?
We are happy to tailor the cleaning checklist to your particular instructions. Usually, dusting, hoovering, mopping, cleaning of all the surfaces and emptying rubbish bins are the part of the regular domestic cleaning. If you wish to add ironing, bed changing, laundry or target a specific area please specify. It may sound like a maid service, but let us know what your home needs or if you need an extra hand for your errands.
What does your pricing depend on?
Is it fine if my pets are at home during the clean?
It is completely fine. Please specify what kind of pets you have, so we tailor a pet friendly cleaner to your property.
What if I need go for a holiday or cleaner is away/sick?
If you miss a couple of house cleaning sessions, please kindly let us know beforehand and we’ll inform your cleaner accordingly. No cleaner’s fee is charged. If the cleaner is unable to come, we offer a replacement cleaner. If you don’t wish a replacement cleaner during the cleaner’s holiday/sickness, we can refund you accordingly upon your message.
Can I put my account on hold?
As a cleaning company, we will let you put your account on hold for 1 month or more, please contact us and we can make the necessary adjustments to your account. Please note we can’t guarantee that the same cleaner will be available once you resume regular domestic cleaning service.
Do I have to be at home during cleaning session?
It is optional. You can stay at home or may prefer to come back when cleaning is finished to inspect it. We ask customers not to follow cleaners around and observe social distancing.
Accreditations
We believe that better pay attracts and retains higher-quality staff. As a Living Wage Recognised Service Provider our customers in London have the option to pay their cleaners the London Living Wage, an independently calculated wage that is higher than the government minimum wage, and based on the cost of living.
