Can we increase or decrease the hours of cleaning during the contract?
All amendments will be revised by our team according to the cleaners’ availability, however, we may need to amend the quotation according to the new number of cleaning hours.
Do you provide cleaning solutions and equipment?
We provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request and subject to availability. We offer a range of office cleaning solutions including eco-friendly options. We can also supply equipment. Please add this to your requirements list and our team will provide a quote.
What does your insurance cover?
Our comprehensive £10 million insurance covers damage to your property caused by the cleaner, theft by the cleaner, key and lock replacement and personal injury to the cleaner.
Do you cleaners work at night?
No, our cleaners work from 6am till 10pm
What is the minimum contract cleaning length?
Our standard commercial services agreement is for a minimum of 1 year. We are sometimes able to accommodate rolling contracts.
How are the cleaners vetted?
We interview each of the cleaners in person and check their documents to confirm their write to work in the UK. We also check their proof of address and references. We also provide training via a series of training videos for our cleaners.
What is the notice period?
Our notice period for commercial services is 2 months.
How often should the office be cleaned?
An office should ideally be cleaned every day to ensure a clean and tidy space for office staff to work comfortably.
Can you supply eco-friendly cleaning materials?
Cleaning Express does supply eco-friendly cleaning materials. We have good relationships with quality suppliers of eco-friendly solutions for commercial cleaning and we often encourage our customers to use eco-solutions.
What if I don’t like a cleaning operative?
We can provide you with a replacement cleaner free of charge.
