After researching a number of firms that advertise a Deep Clean service, Cleaning Express stood out as being the most comprehensive, professional, friendly and willing to understand the customer's needs and requirements and then went all out to achieve and go beyond expectation. The cleaning team arrived on time with a manager, all fully equipped and ready to tackle the task at hand. This task was a professional full house deep clean on a property we were seeking to move in to.As the team set about their work, the manager supervised and then checked the quality of that work and, on occasion, called one or more of the cleaning team back to a room or an area in a room to re-do an area that he was not satisfied with.We also retained through Cleaning Express a fabulous carpet cleaning service.I believe Cleaning Express are a quality business, providing value for money and have a passion to do the job properly, thoroughly and with a happy and friendly and professional disposition throughout.My wife and I and our family could not have been more impressed and happier. Communications with the team were brilliant along the whole process - everything was very clear & easy to agree on what we needed done - a deep clean.Haven't had this brilliant level of service for a Long time! Exceptional.On the day the team - Khrystyna & Viktoria - were on time & incredibly good at what they do. Very professional, detail-oriented, efficient, & friendly. Asked all the right questions & were very thoughtful to check things with me - as there were lots of ornaments around the house so I felt very confident to leave them to it.The level of care that they took was outstanding and the house was absolutely spotless when they left.Would absolutely use them again without hesitation.They're a little bit more expensive than other people out there but it's absolutely worth it for what they offer. You get what you pay for. In my opinion very good value for money - not just for the actual cleaning but also for the level of customer care & communication before, during & after.

Rayisa has been cleaning for us for a couple of months now. She is outstanding. The best thing about her cleaning is how detailed she is. She cleans areas of the house that we wouldn't even think of. She's also a lovely person, and very honest.Cleaning Express have done an excellent job in offering us such a great cleaner, and are impressive in their communication. Also, the costs feel reasonable to me, and well worth it for the level of service we receive.

Our experience with Cleaning Express has been amazing! Korina is very capable, reliable, and she pays a lot of attention to the details to keep our house clean. For example our sink has never been so shiny. She is also a very nice person to chat with. We are very happy with her work, and we would recommend this company to everyone looking for a cleaner.

I’ve been using Cleaning Express for our weekly clean for many years now and I’m very happy with them. All the cleaners we’ve had over the years have been great and the other staff at the company are great at communicating and arranging the service and any cover when cleaners are on holiday etc.Our current cleaner, Anishora, is beyond fantastic. She leaves our flat spotless, takes initiative, is punctual and she is just so helpful, and she is also a very good and kind person that we love to see each week.

Ala and Zilola have been terrific cleaners for us. Always very conscientious and willing to go the extra mile. They do a very thorough job, are very friendly and they both speak very decent English which makes it so much easier to communicate what we need. The company is also very good, in my experience: always responsive when I contact them, and proactive if someone is going to be away or is running late for whatever reason. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Post-Renovation Cleaning Service!I recently hired this cleaning service for an industrial-grade post-renovation clean, including carpet steaming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The rate is £13.85/hour in London.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How are the cleaners vetted?
A: We interview cleaners in-person and check their documents to confirm their identity and their right to work in the UK. We also check their proof of address and references. Each cleaner has to pass our skills test. Cleaners go through induction with one of our supervisors or in the homes of our management team.
Q: Will I have the same cleaner each time?
A: We do our best to provide the same cleaner each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday. We can also replace your cleaner if you notice any deterioration of the quality at any point in time.
Q: What if I want to cancel my regular cleaning arrangement?
A: Our notice period is 1 week during the first month and 1 month thereafter.
